Out of network

Clients who are out of network and could benefit from a McKenzie assessment and treatment receive a 30% discount when paying out of pocket.

Private pay fee schedule

Discounts:

• A standard 30% discount is applied to all private pay clients paying at the time of service. If paying privately after the date of service the discount rate is reduced to 20%.
• A sliding fee scale is based on financial and retirement status for discounts exceeding 30% up to a maximum of 50% discount. (No discounts greater than 50% of usual and customary rates can be granted based on Medicare standards.)

Qualifications for private pay discounts:

• Payment must be made at time of service
• Payment may be made using check, cash or credit card

Initial visit comes to $98.00 after 30% discount is applied. Treatment sessions average 45 minutes with 3 timed codes. This average comes to $81.00 per treatment session after private pay discount is applied.
